Description

  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Chop the potatoes into 1-inch cubes for even cooking.
  3. In a large bowl, mix chopped potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, rosemary, thyme, salt, pepper, and paprika until evenly coated.
