Instructions
- In a medium bowl, mix mascarpone cheese and heavy cream until smooth.
- Stir in powdered sugar, espresso, vanilla extract, and salt until fully combined.
- Melt dark chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, then cool slightly before adding to the mascarpone mixture. Mix until glossy.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until firm enough to scoop.
- Scoop out portions and roll into balls (about 1 inch in diameter).
