- 1 tsp honey or maple syrup
- Water (as needed for sauce consistency)
Instructions
- Prep the vegetables: Wash and slice bell peppers, cucumbers, and carrots into matchsticks. Set aside fresh mint and cilantro.
- Soak the rice paper: Fill a large bowl with warm water. Dip each rice paper wrapper for about 10 seconds until pliable; lay flat on a clean surface.
