Ingredients

  • 34 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 3 cloves fresh garlic
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 8 oz pasta (fettuccine or penne)
  • Fresh basil leaves
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Boil salted water in a large pot and cook pasta until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Sauté seasoned chicken breasts until golden brown, about 6-7 minutes per side. Remove from skillet.
  3. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant. Add halved cherry tomatoes and cook until softened.
  4. Stir in heavy cream and grated Parmesan cheese, simmering until thickened (3-5 minutes).
  5. Slice the cooked chicken and return it to the skillet along with drained pasta. Toss everything together in the creamy sauce.
  6. Finish with fresh basil leaves on top before serving warm.
