- 3–4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 3 cloves fresh garlic
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 8 oz pasta (fettuccine or penne)
- Fresh basil leaves
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Boil salted water in a large pot and cook pasta until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Sauté seasoned chicken breasts until golden brown, about 6-7 minutes per side. Remove from skillet.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant. Add halved cherry tomatoes and cook until softened.
- Stir in heavy cream and grated Parmesan cheese, simmering until thickened (3-5 minutes).
- Slice the cooked chicken and return it to the skillet along with drained pasta. Toss everything together in the creamy sauce.
- Finish with fresh basil leaves on top before serving warm.
