Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a medium saucepan, melt the unsalted butter over low heat. In a large bowl, mix melted butter with brown and granulated sugars until creamy. Add eggs one at a time while whisking continuously.
- Gradually mix in rolled oats, flour, baking soda, and salt until just combined. Fold in chocolate chips evenly.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and spread it evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown; check doneness with a toothpick.
