  • 8 oz fettuccine or penne pasta
  • 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Season chicken breasts with blackening spice mix.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat; sear chicken for 6-7 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove and let rest.
  3. In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic until fragrant; pour in heavy cream.
