  • 1/2 cup plain breadcrumbs
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/4 cup pure honey
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce (your favorite brand)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • Fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, honey, BBQ sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well blended.
  2. Scoop out portions of the mixture and roll into balls about 1 inch in diameter.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix any remaining BBQ sauce with extra honey for glazing.
  4. Place meatballs in the crockpot and pour the honey-BBQ mixture over them.
