- 1/4 cup pure honey

- 1 tsp onion powder

- 1/4 tsp pepper
- Fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, honey, BBQ sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well blended.
- Scoop out portions of the mixture and roll into balls about 1 inch in diameter.
- In a separate bowl, mix any remaining BBQ sauce with extra honey for glazing.
- Place meatballs in the crockpot and pour the honey-BBQ mixture over them.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours until cooked through.
