Ingredients

  • Yellow Onions
  • Yukon Gold Potatoes

Instructions

  1. Chop onions, carrots, and potatoes into uniform pieces.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium-high heat. Sear cubed beef chuck roast until browned on all sides, about 5 minutes.
