Description

Indulge in a delightful strawberry pretzel salad that combines sweet strawberries, creamy layers, and a crunchy pretzel crust—perfect for summer gatherings and potlucks!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1 package (3 oz) strawberry-flavored Jell-O
  • 2 cups crushed unsalted pretzels
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar (adjust to taste)
  • 8 oz Cool Whip

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a bowl, mix crushed pretzels with melted butter and sugar until combined.
  2. Spread the mixture evenly in a greased 9×13 inch baking dish. Bake for about 10 minutes or until lightly golden. Let cool completely.
  3. Dissolve Jell-O powder in boiling water, stir in sliced strawberries, and refrigerate until thickened but not fully set.
  4. Beat cream cheese with sugar until smooth; gently fold in Cool Whip until well mixed.
  5. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the cooled crust, then top with the thickened strawberry layer.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least two hours or until fully set. Cut into squares and serve chilled.
