Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 8 mini hot dogs or cocktail sausages
  • 2 tbsp mustard or ketchup (for dipping)
  • Cooking spray (as needed)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or spray it with cooking spray.
  2. Unroll the crescent roll dough on a clean surface and slice into thin strips about half an inch wide.
  3. Wrap each sausage in the dough strips, leaving gaps to create a mummy bandage effect.
  4. Place wrapped sausages on the baking sheet, allowing room for puffing. If desired, brush lightly with olive oil.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown and puffy. Optionally, add eyes using mustard or ketchup while warm.
