  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips (for eyes)
  • 1 egg + 1 tbsp water (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out the pretzel dough into strips about 12 inches long.
  3. Wrap each strip around itself haphazardly, leaving gaps for eyes.
  4. Whisk together the egg and water; brush over each wrapped pretzel.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Once cooled, melt white chocolate chips and drizzle over pretzels; place mini chocolate chips as eyes.
