  • 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 8 oz fettuccine or penne pasta
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika. Cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side. Remove from skillet and let rest.
  2. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Pour in heavy cream, scraping any bits from the bottom of the pan. Stir well and simmer gently for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Add cooked pasta and mozzarella cheese to the skillet. Mix until fully combined; the cheese should melt into the sauce.
  5. Sprinkle in red pepper flakes based on your spice preference; adjust seasoning as needed.
  6. Slice chicken into strips and place on top of the pasta. Garnish with grated Parmesan and parsley.
