- 8 oz fettuccine or spaghetti
- 1 lb sirloin or ribeye steak, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup shredded whole-milk mozzarella cheese
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Cook the pasta in salted boiling water until al dente, then drain and set aside.
- Season steak slices with Cajun seasoning. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear the steak for about 3-4 minutes per side until cooked through. Remove from skillet and keep warm.
- Lower heat and sauté minced garlic in the same skillet until fragrant (about 30 seconds).
- Pour in heavy cream, stirring constantly. Gradually whisk in mozzarella and Parmesan until the sauce is smooth.
- Add cooked pasta and seared steak to the skillet. Toss everything together to coat evenly in the creamy sauce.
