  • 2 tsp Cajun seasoning
  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • ¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Boil a large pot of salted water. Add fettuccine and cook until al dente according to package instructions. Drain and reserve some pasta water.
  2. In a skillet over medium-high heat, melt butter. Season chicken breasts with Cajun seasoning and sear until golden brown on both sides (5-6 minutes per side). Remove from skillet and let rest before slicing.
  3. In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic until fragrant (about 30 seconds). Pour in heavy cream and stir to combine.

  5. Add cooked fettuccine and sliced chicken into the sauce, mixing well to coat. Use reserved pasta water as needed for desired consistency.
