  • 1 lb Baby Potatoes, halved

  • Salt & Pepper to taste
  • Fresh Herbs (Thyme or Rosemary) for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients: Wash baby potatoes and cut them in half. Trim asparagus ends and slice into 2-inch pieces. Mince garlic.
  2. Season the ribeye steak generously with salt and pepper. Let sit at room temperature for 30 minutes.

  4. Sear the ribeye steak for about 4-5 minutes per side until desired doneness (medium-rare recommended).
  5. After flipping the steak, add halved baby potatoes and minced garlic to the skillet, stirring occasionally.
