- 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice

- ½ tsp black pepper
- 2 bell peppers, cut into chunks (any color)
- 1 onion, cut into chunks
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix yogurt, garlic, lemon juice, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces and coat with the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- If using wooden skewers, soak in water for 30 minutes.
