  • 2 tbsp balsamic glaze
  • 4 cups arugula (about 100g)
  • ½ cup crumbled feta cheese (about 75g)
  • ¼ cup toasted pine nuts (optional, about 35g)

Instructions

  1. Wash the peaches thoroughly. Halve them, remove the pit, and slice into wedges.
  2. In a large bowl, combine arugula with a drizzle of olive oil and a pinch of salt; toss gently.
