- 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and halved
- 1/4 cup simple syrup (made from equal parts sugar and water)
- 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 2 cups ice cubes
Instructions
- Wash and hull strawberries; slice in half.
- Heat equal parts sugar and water (1 cup each) until dissolved; cool.
- Combine strawberries, rosé, simple syrup, lemon juice, and ice in a blender; blend until smooth.
- Adjust sweetness or acidity by adding more syrup or lemon juice as needed.
- Transfer to an airtight container; freeze for at least 4 hours.
- Let sit for 5 minutes before scooping into glasses; enjoy!
