  • 2 cups ripe dragon fruit flesh (about 2 medium dragon fruits)
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 1/2 cup filtered water
  • 1 cup fresh pineapple, diced (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cut the dragon fruits in half and scoop the flesh into a blender.
  2. Add sugar, lime juice, and water to the blender. Blend until smooth and creamy.

  4. Pour the mixture into a shallow dish and freeze for 30 minutes.
