- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 cup pineapple juice
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, chopped onion, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, mustard, soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until just combined.
- Roll mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake meatballs for 20 minutes until golden brown.
- While baking, prepare the cranberry sauce by combining cranberries, brown sugar, and pineapple juice in a saucepan over medium heat. Cook until the cranberries burst and form a sauce.
- Add baked meatballs to the cranberry sauce and simmer on low for an additional 10 minutes.
