Description

Olive Garden Chicken Alfredo is a creamy, indulgent dish that brings the flavors of your favorite Italian restaurant right to your kitchen.


Ingredients

  • 34 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 12 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook fettuccine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Season chicken with salt and pepper; cook until browned and fully cooked (165°F). Remove from skillet and let rest before slicing.
  3. In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic until fragrant. Add heavy cream and stir well.
  4. Gradually whisk in Parmesan cheese until melted; season with salt and pepper.
  5. Combine cooked fettuccine with the sauce and sliced chicken, tossing gently to coat. Serve immediately.
