- 3–4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 12 oz fettuccine pasta
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook fettuccine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Season chicken with salt and pepper; cook until browned and fully cooked (165°F). Remove from skillet and let rest before slicing.
- In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic until fragrant. Add heavy cream and stir well.
- Gradually whisk in Parmesan cheese until melted; season with salt and pepper.
- Combine cooked fettuccine with the sauce and sliced chicken, tossing gently to coat. Serve immediately.
