Ingredients

  • 34 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
  • 1/2 cup Pure Maple Syrup
  • 2 tbsp Dijon Mustard
  • 4 cloves Fresh Garlic, minced
  • Salt and Black Pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp Fresh Thyme or Rosemary

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking dish with foil.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together maple syrup, Dijon mustard, garlic, salt, pepper, and thyme.
  3. Place chicken breasts in the baking dish and pour half of the marinade over them.
  4. Bake uncovered for 25 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  5. Brush remaining glaze on top during the last 5 minutes of baking for a glossy finish.
