- 3–4 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
- 1/2 cup Pure Maple Syrup
- 2 tbsp Dijon Mustard
- 4 cloves Fresh Garlic, minced
- Salt and Black Pepper to taste
- 1 tsp Fresh Thyme or Rosemary
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking dish with foil.
- In a bowl, whisk together maple syrup, Dijon mustard, garlic, salt, pepper, and thyme.
- Place chicken breasts in the baking dish and pour half of the marinade over them.
- Bake uncovered for 25 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Brush remaining glaze on top during the last 5 minutes of baking for a glossy finish.
