  • 4 ripe Roma tomatoes, diced
  • 1 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped
  • 1 crusty baguette, sliced into ½ inch pieces
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prep your ingredients by washing and dicing the tomatoes and chopping the basil.
  2. In a bowl, mix diced tomatoes, chopped basil, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper. Allow to marinate for 10 minutes.
