  • 1 cucumber, sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced

  • 12 Thai bird chilies, minced (adjust to taste)
  • Juice of 2 limes
  • 1 tbsp fish sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey or agave syrup
  • 1/4 cup chopped peanuts (toasted)

Instructions
