  • 2 ears fresh corn on the cob
  • 4 soft flour or corn tortillas
  • 4 tbsp chipotle sauce
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 2 lime wedges

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Grill whole corn cobs for 10-15 minutes until charred and fragrant.
  2. In a bowl, season ground beef with salt and pepper, then form into four patties (1/2 inch thick).
  3. Grill beef patties for 4-5 minutes per side until cooked to your liking.
  4. Allow corn to cool slightly, then cut kernels off the cob.
