Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Grill whole corn cobs for 10-15 minutes until charred and fragrant.
- In a bowl, season ground beef with salt and pepper, then form into four patties (1/2 inch thick).
- Grill beef patties for 4-5 minutes per side until cooked to your liking.
- Allow corn to cool slightly, then cut kernels off the cob.
- Warm tortillas in a skillet or microwave until pliable.
