Instructions
- Cook the fettuccine in salted boiling water until al dente (8-10 minutes). Reserve some pasta water before draining.

- Stir in honey and let simmer for 1 minute. Add reserved pasta water to thicken if needed.
- Combine drained pasta and mushrooms into the sauce; toss to coat evenly.
