Description

Pistachio Crusted Brie Bites are the ultimate indulgent appetizer, combining warm, creamy brie and a crunchy pistachio crust that will leave your guests asking for more. These bites are not only visually stunning but also easy to prepare, making them perfect for any gathering.


Ingredients

  • 1 wheel (8 oz) brie cheese
  • 1 cup unsalted roasted pistachios, finely chopped
  • 1 sheet puff pastry (thawed)
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 egg (beaten for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface until about 1/8 inch thick and cut into squares that can comfortably wrap around brie pieces.
  3. Finely chop the pistachios and set aside.
  4. Place small pieces of brie in the center of each puff pastry square and drizzle with honey.
  5. Fold the pastry corners over the brie and pinch securely to seal. Brush with the beaten egg.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and puffy.
