- 3 oz strawberry jello (1 package)
- 3 oz blueberry jello (1 package)
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
- Fresh strawberries and blueberries for garnish
Instructions
- Prepare the crust by pressing the graham cracker crust firmly into a pie pan.
- In a bowl, dissolve the strawberry jello in 1 cup of boiling water. Pour half of the mixture into the crust and refrigerate until set (about 1-2 hours).
- While waiting, blend together sweetened condensed milk and whipped cream until smooth.
- Once the red layer is set, pour half of the cream filling over it. Return to the refrigerator.
- Repeat the process with blueberry jello, allowing it to set fully before adding the remaining cream filling on top.
- Chill for at least two more hours before serving. Garnish with fresh berries before slicing.
