  • 1 pre-made graham cracker crust
  • 3 oz strawberry jello (1 package)
  • 3 oz blueberry jello (1 package)
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • Fresh strawberries and blueberries for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prepare the crust by pressing the graham cracker crust firmly into a pie pan.
  2. In a bowl, dissolve the strawberry jello in 1 cup of boiling water. Pour half of the mixture into the crust and refrigerate until set (about 1-2 hours).
  3. While waiting, blend together sweetened condensed milk and whipped cream until smooth.
  4. Once the red layer is set, pour half of the cream filling over it. Return to the refrigerator.
  5. Repeat the process with blueberry jello, allowing it to set fully before adding the remaining cream filling on top.
  6. Chill for at least two more hours before serving. Garnish with fresh berries before slicing.
