  • 1 ½ cups granulated sugar
  • 4 large eggs

  • ½ cup strawberry jam

Instructions

  4. Beat in eggs one at a time, then mix in milk and vanilla until smooth.
  5. Gradually combine dry ingredients with wet ingredients using a spatula until just blended.
  6. Divide the batter evenly among the prepared pans and bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Allow layers to cool completely before assembling with frosting and strawberry jam in between.
