  • 2 tbsp fig or apricot jam

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface until it’s about 1/8 inch thick.
  3. Place the brie in the center of the pastry and spread the jam on top.
  4. Wrap the pastry around the brie, sealing all edges tightly.
  5. Brush the outside of the pastry with egg wash for a golden finish.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until puffed and golden brown.
