- 8 oz penne pasta
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 cups fresh spinach

- ¼ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large skillet over medium heat, warm olive oil. Add sliced kielbasa and sauté until browned and crispy, about 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in minced garlic and fresh spinach; cook until the garlic is fragrant and spinach wilts, about 2-3 minutes.
- Meanwhile, cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve some pasta water before draining.
- Pour heavy cream into the skillet with kielbasa and spinach; stir well and simmer for 3-5 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Add drained pasta and grated Parmesan; mix thoroughly, adjusting consistency with reserved pasta water as needed.
- Serve hot, garnished with extra Parmesan and red pepper flakes if desired.
