Instructions
- Pat chicken breasts dry and season both sides with salt and pepper.
- Pound chicken between plastic wrap until about half an inch thick.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat; sear chicken for 5-7 minutes per side until golden brown.
- While chicken cooks, dice tomatoes and chop basil; mix in a bowl with salt and pepper.
