Ingredients

- Hot honey
- Low-sodium soy sauce

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.
- In a bowl, mix hot honey and soy sauce. Brush half of this mixture onto the chicken.
- Place the chicken on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and cooked through (165°F/75°C internal temperature).
- Sauté sliced bell peppers in sesame oil for 5-7 minutes until tender-crisp.
