- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup sweetened coconut flakes
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- ½ cup melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
- In a large bowl, combine chocolate cake mix, eggs, and water; mix until just blended. Avoid overmixing for fluffiness.
- Pour half of the batter into the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle half of the coconut flakes and chopped pecans over the batter. Drizzle half of the sweetened condensed milk on top.
- Pour remaining batter over the toppings, followed by the rest of the coconut flakes and pecans. Drizzle with remaining sweetened condensed milk.
