  • 1 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine warm water and yeast. Let sit for 5-10 minutes until bubbly.
  2. Gradually add flour and salt; mix until a slightly sticky dough forms.
  3. Knead on a floured surface for 8-10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  4. Place in an oiled bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let rise in a warm spot for about 1 hour.
  5. Punch down the risen dough and transfer it to a greased baking sheet; stretch into an oval shape.
  6. Drizzle olive oil over the dough and sprinkle with garlic, rosemary, Parmesan, and salt.
  7. Bake at 400°F (200°C) for about 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
