- 1 lb Baby potatoes, halved if large
- 4 cloves Fresh garlic, minced
- 4 tbsp Unsalted butter
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley (optional for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash the baby potatoes thoroughly and toss them with olive oil, salt, pepper, and half of the minced garlic in a bowl. Spread evenly on a baking sheet.
- Roast the potatoes for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and tender, shaking halfway through.
- While the potatoes are roasting, heat a skillet over medium-high heat and melt butter.
- Season steak bites with salt and pepper, then add to the skillet once the butter is sizzling.
- Sear each side for about 3-4 minutes until desired doneness is reached; add remaining garlic during the last minute.
- Serve steak bites alongside roasted potatoes on a platter; garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
