  • 1 lb Sirloin or Ribeye steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 lb Baby potatoes, halved if large
  • 4 cloves Fresh garlic, minced
  • 4 tbsp Unsalted butter
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley (optional for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash the baby potatoes thoroughly and toss them with olive oil, salt, pepper, and half of the minced garlic in a bowl. Spread evenly on a baking sheet.
  3. Roast the potatoes for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and tender, shaking halfway through.
  4. While the potatoes are roasting, heat a skillet over medium-high heat and melt butter.
  5. Season steak bites with salt and pepper, then add to the skillet once the butter is sizzling.
  6. Sear each side for about 3-4 minutes until desired doneness is reached; add remaining garlic during the last minute.
  7. Serve steak bites alongside roasted potatoes on a platter; garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
