- 1/3 cup sliced almonds
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice

- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions
- Prepare your ingredients: Thaw fish if frozen, and slice almonds.
- Toast the almonds: In a dry skillet over medium heat, toast the sliced almonds until golden brown (3-5 minutes). Remove and set aside.
- Sear the fish: In another skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat. Season fish with salt and pepper, then add to the skillet. Cook until golden on one side (4-5 minutes).
- Add garlic and lemon juice: Flip the fish carefully; add minced garlic and cook until fragrant (about 1 minute). Squeeze lemon juice over the fish.
- Create the brown butter sauce: Continue cooking for another 3-4 minutes while swirling the pan to brown the butter further.
- Serve: Plate the fish fillets, drizzle with brown butter sauce, top with toasted almonds and parsley.
