  • 1 cup granulated sugar

  • 1 cup eggnog (store-bought or homemade)

  • 1.5 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 6 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

Instructions

  2. For the crust, mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter until combined. Press firmly into the bottom of the pan.

  4. Add eggnog, nutmeg, and cinnamon; mix until just combined.
  5. Incorporate eggs one at a time, mixing thoroughly after each addition.
  6. Pour filling into the crust and smooth the top. Bake for 50-60 minutes until slightly jiggly in the center.
  7. Turn off the oven and let it cool inside with the door cracked open to prevent cracks.
  8. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving. Top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of nutmeg.
