Ingredients

  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup caramel candies
  • 1 tsp water (for melting caramel)
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Spread pecans on the baking sheet and toast for 5-7 minutes until fragrant.
  3. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt caramel candies with water in 30-second intervals until smooth; stir well.
  4. On the lined sheet, cluster three toasted pecans together and drizzle melted caramel over each cluster.
