  • 2 stalks celery, chopped
  • 4 cups low-sodium chicken broth
  • 8 oz cream cheese, cut into chunks
  • 1 lb gnocchi (store-bought or homemade)
  • 2 cups fresh spinach or kale
  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. 1. Prepare ingredients: Chop carrots and celery; mince garlic.
  2. 2. Place chicken breasts in the bottom of the crockpot.
