- 3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs)
- 6 oz thick-cut bacon
- 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp freshly cracked black pepper
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and reserve 1 cup of pasta water.
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat and sear the chicken until golden brown, about 6-7 minutes per side. Remove from skillet and let rest.
