  • 1 cup fresh breadcrumbs

  • 2 tbsp soy sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

  3. Form mixture into golf ball-sized meatballs and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 25 minutes or until browned and cooked through.
  5. Meanwhile, in a saucepan over medium heat, combine cranberry sauce, brown sugar, and soy sauce. Stir until melted and bubbly (about 5-7 minutes).
  6. Toss baked meatballs in the warm cranberry sauce and let sit for 5 minutes before serving.
