- 1/2 cup unsalted butter (melted)
- 1 cup dark brown sugar
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs (room temperature)
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

- 1 cup fresh or frozen cranberries
- 3/4 cup rolled oats
- 2 tbsp brown sugar (for topping)
- 1 tbsp granulated sugar (for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8×8-inch baking dish.
- In a saucepan, melt butter until browned; let cool slightly. Mix in brown sugar and granulated sugar until combined.
- Whisk in eggs one at a time until smooth.
- In another bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt; fold into wet ingredients until just combined.
- Gently fold in cranberries.
- In a separate bowl, mix oats with melted butter and brown sugar until crumbly; sprinkle on top of the cranberry layer.
- Bake for 30–35 minutes until golden brown; cool before cutting into squares.
