  • 1 round sourdough or French bread loaf
  • 8 oz brie cheese
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • 2 tsp fresh thyme, chopped
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Carefully slice off the top of the bread loaf and hollow out the inside, leaving about an inch on the sides.
  2. Place the brie inside the hollowed-out loaf and generously spoon cranberry sauce over it.
  3. Sprinkle fresh thyme on top and drizzle olive oil around the edges of the bread bowl.
  4. Bake on a baking sheet for 20-25 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
  5. Allow to cool slightly before serving with extra pieces of bread for dipping.
