  • 1 cup lump crab meat
  • 1 cup shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup cooked rice

  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tsp Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  2. Slice the tops off the bell peppers and remove seeds; trim bottoms if needed for stability.
  3. In a skillet over medium heat, sauté chopped onions and garlic until translucent (about 4-5 minutes).
  4. Add shrimp and crab meat along with cooked rice; season with Old Bay and lemon juice. Mix until well combined.
  5. Fill each pepper generously with the seafood mixture and top with Parmesan cheese.
  6. Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 25 minutes; remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until golden.
