Instructions
- Remove the leaves from the cauliflower and cut it into even-sized florets.
- Boil salted water in a large pot, add the cauliflower, and cook until fork-tender (about 10-12 minutes).
- In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat and sauté minced garlic until fragrant (1-2 minutes).
- Drain the cauliflower and transfer it to a blender or food processor. Add sautéed garlic, remaining butter or oil, and cream. Blend until smooth.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste; blend briefly to mix.
