  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 1.5 quarts vanilla ice cream, softened
  • 1 cup whipped topping (non-dairy optional)

  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Crush 12 chocolate cookies into fine crumbs and mix with melted butter. Press firmly into the bottom of a greased round cake pan.
  2. Bake crust for 10 minutes and let cool completely.
