  4. Add marinated beef to the wok in a single layer; sear until browned (about 2-3 minutes), then stir-fry until fully cooked.

  6. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, cornstarch, sesame oil, and a splash of water; pour over beef and broccoli while stirring until thickened.
