  • 2 cups fresh broccoli florets
  • 8 oz penne pasta
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prep ingredients by chopping chicken into bite-sized pieces and breaking broccoli into smaller florets.
  2. Boil salted water in a large pot. Add penne pasta and cook until al dente, about 8-10 minutes; drain and set aside.
