Ingredients

  • 1 large focaccia bread (about 12 oz)
  • 4 oz sliced salami
  • 4 oz sliced prosciutto
  • 4 oz sliced turkey
  • 4 oz mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 4 oz sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup fresh lettuce leaves
  • 1 medium tomato, sliced
  • 2 tbsp high-quality olive oil
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp dried basil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice the focaccia bread horizontally into two halves.
